Confusing instructions, sorry.
So you were willing to pay .1 more (3.1) than the highest asking price of 3.097, and no one wanted to sell to you? Shouldn't this have gone through instantly?
And where did you get 10 from?
If you only have .195 steem dollars, and you you wish to buy at a price of 3.1, how can you have 10 as a total?
So confused about the 10.
