Steemitians Please Decide. Are These Habits Good or Bad Habits for me?

Hi All,
Some of my Habits are as follows on which u have to comment and convey me weather to continue and to which....

1- Most of time I help my wife to complete her house hold work as I already have told in my past post My Bathroom Wiper and sometimes I do alone like this.

2- I daily goes to my office and daily buy a Pan (betel) to chew from a Pan selling shop in the morning. A simple & Sweet Pan, which gives me so delicious taste and a different feeling. It smells lovely, all the people notice me as my lips become red after chewing it. My Pan has many types of sauce.
