Dalits are no more Dalits but a dominating force in India

Dalits have enjoyed all kinds of special benefits since the independence of India under the name of social justice.

SC/ST atrocities protection act is another special privilege for them under which if they file FIR against non SC/ST then the accused will be immediately arrested and put into jail. There can not be advance bail. And our justice system being clogged with criminal cases then takes years to even provide bail to the accused.

Now SC of India 🇮🇳 has nulled this special privilege and ordered that all cases should be treated equally. What is wrong in that?

Dalits claim they are weaker section so they are not heard at local levels so they need these special privileges. Are they really weaker section? Have a look on protesting Dalits who came out yesterday and terrorised commons

By no measure these protesters be classified as Dalit. If u insist then all Indians are Dalits.

Now look at how this special privilege has been misused increasingly since 2012. Lower conviction rate under SC/ST act is an evidence that at least 50% cases are false and are just used to terrorise MINORITY general caste.

And look at how violent has been their agitation yesterday for their unjust demand.

And all mainstream political parties Congress, BJP, BSP, SP, RJD, JD, RLD and u name any have not said single world in favour of right judgement by SC instead they all are supportive of this unjust demand. This is being done by them to woo so called Dalit vote bank.

What all this means that any class who has votebank in their favour can do and demand anything. There is no respect to the principles of justice.

If this continues then minority will have no choice but to arm itself and leave the practice of democratic governance as that is the root cause of this problem.

And this will not be out of place as we all know that UN Security Council power is not based on democracy but on the principal of defending self interest - that is survival of fittest.

AVP is the only registered political party that can provide the right platform to those who agree with what is said and not said here.
