Today I watched Dhadak here in Shakti Talkies Bijnor, UP. Stars of the movie are Jahnavi and Ishan. Jahnavi is the daughter of Sridevi a heartbeat of 80s.
First movie I watched in this theatre was in 1985 named Pyar Jhukta Nahi and that was also a love story. The hero of that movie was Mithun Chakraborty and heroine was Padmani Kolhapure. That time it used to be house full and today it was only 20% filled. Although now theatre is two screen multiplex.
The name of the movie itself raises right emotions about what may lie in the story of the film.
After long time I saw fresh faces of leading actors. Daughter of Sridevi is too good. I liked her acting and how she played her role. She will go long way.
The title song Dhadak is very melodious and worth listening again and again. Here is link for that
The end of the film is unconventional and has given necessary sock value. I give movie a rating of 4.
