They are saying that this could leave communities underwater for days. Isn't is convenient that around this time of year, there always seems to be some type of major storm system. You know, last year, there were admittances that cloud seeding was being used in California to help with the drought conditions. Children in school these days are even taught about cloud seeding now.
If you look back in history, cloud seeding (or geoengineering) has been used as a weapon. Operation Popeye is a great example of that.
I honestly think that even in New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina, they purposefully fueled that storm to drive out or eliminate the poorer population of New Orleans. The CIA even bombed the levees of the poorer areas and put many people's lives at risk (as well as sheltered people in the worst place possible), to protect the beloved "French Quarter." It was all about the money then and it's all about the money know.
Today, more nomads live here than ever and unless you have business interests here or just plan to spend a lot of money here,
it is a struggle to live here sometimes. Our state is so greedy and locked in the oil business that honestly in less than fifty years I firmly believe that half of Louisiana will be underwater.
