As @amvanaken and I embark on this parenting adventure together, we wanted to do things in ways that resonate with our souls.
I’ve always wanted a water birth and felt it would be the way my body would feel most comfortable. It’s interesting because women have been giving birth in water for many many years and it is a very natural process that allows the body to relax as well as the baby to easily move down.
Our midwife gave us this book and I highly recommend this for any woman wanting more info about the birthing process. I love that they have science and history backing the info.
Hope this is helpful 💕 Birthing is natural and our bodies are strong and capable.

Wow I never knew anything about water birth before maybe because I am a man, but if scientifically it is proven to be safe and good that will be great, for me it help the body to be cool and relaxed during child labor @consciousangel7
