Here is the beautiful 7 month baby bump. Little man is kicking and moving all around. I’ve been so proud of how active I have been this pregnancy. I walk almost everyday for at least 30 minutes and try and do longer hikes when I can. Yoga and meditation are my other favorite self-care tools. @amvanaken and I are very excited for our little Anjel to come into the world 💕💜💙
