I never really was into children much but in turn of events I had not so long ago met a wonderful man which I now call my husband which made me start thinking about little offsprings and so some while following during my trip to Bali I found myself thinking and wishing for a little babygirl I could spend the rest of my life with.
And so I come back from this trip and not so long after me and my fiancé concieved a little ‘bean’.
One a very special evening of celebration I hit upon being absolutely sick curled up in bed, My little ‘bean’ was only maybe a month topmost in me and already giving me signs that she’s in there and for me to behave. You might ask why ‘bean’? Well because on our first ultrasound she looked exactly like it. She was such a young embryo, she was discovered so quickly that they really do look like a little bean.
I was blessed enough that for the first month or two I felt fatigue but that was it, no other bad symptoms or complications. I was ready to beat this pregnancy thing!
As time passed by and my tummy was getting bigger and bigger, no complications what so ever so soon I had to start thinking about how I want to deliver this little one.
I know it can be a taboo topic like politics or religion and many mom’s out there can feel judgmental towards one another like working mom vs stay at hold moms or mom’s who given birth the natural way or via c section.
In my heart for some reasons I leaned towards the c section so I made a consultations with three non related doctors to see what they think on this ordeal - natural birth vs c section operation in general. Two doctors preferred the c section, less complications they said, a foregone result and less stress involved were their main causes, the least doctor insisted on natural birth for its the natural way reasoning. Inside of me i was happy c section was an option for me and I got a conformation that if this is the way I want to proceed it is an option.
I know so many women out there don’t have the luxury to choose the way they want to deliver their little ones and it breaks my heart.
