Persiapan untuk pengukuhan sumpah jabatan aparatur gampong. Pelaksanaan ini sudah berlalu beberapa minggu ini. Diharapkan kepada aparatur gampong untuk bisa mengayomi masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah mereka.

Proses pemilihan aparatur tersebut dibentuk melalui musyawarah dengan masyarakat gampong itu sendiri. Sedangkan sebelum pemilihan adanya panitia yang dibentuk oleh geuchik gampong.
