Also - ghee is shelf stable - would that maybe be on the shelf with the spices, condiments, vinegars and so on? ;) pretty please? It's on my shelf stable shelf :)

    Sorry didn't see this reply until now because you replied to yourself. Yes until the 23rd. The ghee is fine in a smaller quantity (2-3 tbsp sort of like you would use for cooking oil. If you are going to use a ton of it (like a half cup or something then really it should be considered a main item.
