.NET life Day 5 (Part 3): About me

I have noticed that I have not presented myself...

So here goes, a little bit of me:

I am 27 years old, I was born and raised in Venezuela and I am just over 3 years old in Madrid, Spain. I studied a technical career in computer science, although from childhood I always thought about being an architect (I liked drawing), during my adolescence I started to become more interested in computers and online games like MuOnline or Tibia jejeje

After graduating I started working as a Technology Officer at a Microsoft Partner Institute. There I learned a lot of .NET and they encouraged me to get Microsoft's certified and that's what I did.

Over time I was given the opportunity to give some courses, initially basic level and I was gradually raising the level. I liked it so much that I ended up dedicating myself to that. 😃 Until one day one of my students shares with me an offer to work in a bank, I did the interview and accepted the job, although I continued to teach twice a week during the nights.

At that time and my relationship with my current wife was advancing and we decided to get married, but the situation in the country was not going very well so I look for a job on the Upwork platform and as soon as we could we left the country so we started our marriage fresh in a new place.

When we arrived I was still working through Upwork as a test automation engineer, but I really wanted to programm again.

So I decided to look for a programmer job 😃 I did a very nice interview with my current boss and I could not tell him no when he made the offer.

I love working in my company, it is a good environment and I have even been able to reduce my work schedule (8 am - 3 pm) which allows me to enjoy more of my wife and my dear son.

This sums up a little who I am (at a professional level) and now you know me a little bit better 😉
