FEMA and the Summer of 2010

My goddaughter's mother is a peach. Mother father. She met my wife at Kinko's, got herself a nice career in IT, left Kinko's where my wife worked like a slave. Jealousy.

I saw one of her paystub's in between: $18/hour. Much better than Kinko's. She got laid off in 2010. Enter FEMA.

Wife could not work for FEMA, don't know why. Godmother had a kid 2008. We watched her for thee months, Summer 2010. FEMA's a storm chaser. Godmother was in Tennessee.

Gossip's pretty powerful. Word got back to us in Georgia, this was what godmom needed, she said, time away from her daughter. Made me feel some kind of way. All told, godmother gave me $300 and inferred I broke one of her baby teeth.
