Preventive medicine focuses
on the health of individuals,
communities, and defined
populations. Its goal is to
protect, promote, and
maintain health and well-
being and to prevent disease,
disability, and death.
Our focus today shall be on primary prevention methods: A lot of us suffers what ordinarily we can prevent from happening and this must have caused us mental stress and financial stress. Each year, millions of people die of preventable deaths. A 2004 study showed that about half of all deaths in the United
States in 2000 were due to preventable behaviors and exposures

I love the Chinese culture a lot cos they are Keen to primary preventive medicine from ancient time till date, a Chinese man do not joke with green tea before their meal: this green tea detoxifies their body system, lowers their cholesterol, prevent different cardiovascular diseases, balance their body sugar and lot more.
We can't talk much on this platform but I will enlighten u on some primary measures that can save us from spending millions of Naira on our health.

  1. Water: Ensure you take enough water as much as four liters per day or 1-1.5 liters first thing in the morning..
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
  3. Ensure you sleep minimum six hours a day
  4. eat enough fruit and vegetables you find around you.
  5. eat a balance food naturally prepared and avoid junks and canned food as much as possible
  6. minimize ur sugar and salt intake
    7)receive natural air than artificial air: Ac without good exercise is a killer.
  7. practice good hand washing life style to reduce microbial and viral load.
  8. laugh and smile , make yourself and others around u happy and avoid moody situations
