Turkish Prime Minister Adnan Mendres hanged for execution of Azan
May 27, 1960 Today, just 58 years ago, on this day, during the first fair elections of Turkey, the elected Prime Minister Adnan Mendres was removed from power by a military coup. Prime Minister Adnan Mendres, Finance Minister Hasan Polat and Foreign Minister Fatin Rusattu are hanged for the offense of launching religious customs to break the rule of the Turkish constitution in joint conspiracy by General Jemal Guralsal, Secular Army and Ataturk CEPP Ismat Inunru.
Adnan Mendres returned to power and reinstated religious customs prohibited by the Aartorak. On June 16, 1950, the Arabic again started the Azan, the liberation of the Aristocracy, the liberation of Nazim Hikmat, the closure of the established house of Aartouk, and the mosque-oriented youth, compulsory religious education in primary education, and many other things. As a result, he was criticized by the leaders of the secular army and the AARARTOK CHP.
