3D Printing a Flareon Pokemon from a 3D Model of the Pocket Monster

Yesterday I have posted a quick guide on how you can 3D print your favorite Pokemon if you have access to a 3D printer. As an example I have printed an Evee Pokemon yesterday and today I have done another quick 3D print, this time of an evolved Evee in its Flareon evolution form. The results are again pretty good, even though some extra polishing work will be required for the resulting 3D model as well, but I'll be doing that when I manage to get some extra time available. So for now some more photos of the 3D printed Flareon Pokemon...

Here is how the 3D printing software visualizes the 3D model of the Flareon Pokemon, a bit blocky as the number of polygons of these 3D models of the pokemons are not that high resolution ones, though they can be edited to be made smoother.

The final 3D print with support materials before cleaning the extra filament from the actual 3D print. Higher resolution and a bit more slower printing speed would make things look better, but for a quick print the quality is still pretty good...

These photos are of the Flareon 3D print with the support material cleaned, but no additional work being done yet to the 3D print... a bit of sanding and painting when I have the time and the end result should be much better than what you see here.
