Not bad. Probably you can reduce a bit the amount of supports with those very thin layers. May be try to dry the filament, that may explain the need for higher temperature. What are your settings in the slicer ?

It was 0.08mm at 195 after the first layer, and the supports were the defaults from the basic profile so I do have some tweaking to do for sure :)
