Fortknoxter...Encrypted Messaging

Fortknoxter is an upcoming ICO centered around encrypted messaging. They call themselves Telegram on steroids, and while I do like Telegram, this platform has more capabilities. On the Fortknoxter platform private communication can take place through inbox, text chat, calls/video chat and file sharing with encryption on both ends so that nobody can snoop in on private conversations. Its about time.

The question I ask myself when looking into new projects is "do I need a crypto currency to do that?" In the case of Fortknoxter there is a clear reason why they would need to tokenize their business. Holding all the encrypted data is going to require a massive amount of storage space, and the more the user base grows the more space will be required. Fortknoxter solves their data storage problem by paying those with extra computing power to hold encrypted information. This aspect of the plan looks to be (in my unprofessional opinion) a win/win. The files are held in a number of nodes, with multiple backups of data, which keeps access available in the case that a node goes offline and spreads the data out so that its not being held in a central location minimizing the risk of attack. It appears to me that the Fortknoxter platform is well thought out and solves potential problems before they arise.

Initially sign up to the Fortknoxter platform will be free and FKX tokens would be spent for expansion of services, meaning there would be costs payable in FKX tokens for increasing storage space. Additionally Fortknoxter has incentives for users to earn tokens for helping to grow the platform. There are both referral rewards and loyalty bonuses.

The team has an IOS dev (Aram Ispiryan), Android dev (Armen Sisakyan) and the CEO (Rasmus Birger Christiansen) has years of experience in the telecommunications industry as well as being a privacy advocate. The feeling that I get when looking through their materials is that the team cares about individual privacy. Fortknoxter has a complicated plan as far as generating keys and encrypting data goes. I'm not going to go through the specifics because the white paper spells it out clearly and anyone interested in the project should be reading through the white paper for themselves.

In conclusion, my post reflects my honest thoughts on Fortknoxter and I intend to apply for a bounty on this post. I encourage you to read through their materials and form your own opinion as what you're reading here is my opinion and not financial advice.
