That is my sentiment exactly. It is time for the pendulum to swing the other way.

    And it always does. We just have to hope it doesn't swing too far to the opposite side. Right?!! A certain amount of transparency is important in keeping things (& people) in check. Ahhhh.... maintaining balance is difficult.
