Yesterday I read this article: https://thehackernews.com/2016/09/fbi-cia-hacker-arrested.html.
What made it interesting to me is that they got caught by using Twitter. I am not surprised at all. But I am a little surprised when you hack the FBI you get caught that way. Not that I approve hacking the FBI btw but they should have read this post on steemit ;-)
So what happened?
The US authorities have arrested two North Carolina men on charges that they were part of the notorious hacking group "Crackas With Attitude." They where caught by logging into Twitter. They both made the same error. One logged into from his dad's house and one from his home address.
You can be sure that every connection you make will be logged. Personally I would not even visit the Twitter page. And I am not talking about logging in. I mean just going there at all.
Still somehow I can not really believe the story is true. If you can hack the FBI, you must have the skills to protect your privacy better I assume.
