*Private sector debt to GDP measures the indebtedness of both sectors, non-financial corporations and households and non-profit institutions serving households, as a percentage of GDP

Global price of houses have been soared. Korean real estate market is not except.
These symptoms are side effect from low interest rate environment.
So we have to watch the debt to ratio in private sector.
