Another great private minted silver round, for what looks like a top employee award. Not sure what the Four Star away was for but it looksl ike you got an ounce of silver for. I think this is for City LIquidators out of Portland Oregon, who it looks like are still in business. I guess this one might not be vintage but it has that look and I have not heard of any new silver rounds getting minted lately .
