My Boocha, Probiotics & Lactofermentation "Adventures"steemCreated with Sketch.

in probiotic •  6 years ago

Hi Steemits,

Remember in my previous post "Who Am I?" https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@riyuuhi/who-am-i, I said that ...
"I can ferment food, such as kimchi, sauerkraut and pickles.
I love organic brewing, learned to make Jun, Kombucha and Tepache. Have 4 years old Jun and Tepache."

So I will be posting my adventures and trials with the probiotics and lactofermentation in few future posts, since apparently I have quite a lot of adventures after I am trying to put together all the information for initial one post.

I will also share all the things I learn about Probiotic and Lactofermentation, including what it can be beneficial for health (with few side effects).

Stay Tunes!!!

I'm looking forward to reading your tutorial. I have never heard some of the stuffs you mentioned above. It seems I still need a lot to learn about pickles and all those sour foods 😁.
I am even wondering if our little Kobold would love those too hahaha.
She tends to like sour food anyhow.

Hehehe.... simple pickles are easy to make but the lactofermentation is a bit tricky. Oh if you like it, the little Kobold will like it. Sour taste depends on how long you want to ferment it. If only few weeks then it will still somewhat sweet n sour and crunchy.

very useful skill! You're be luckg person to having the ferment food.

Looking forward for your "How To" post about making ferment food.

Welcome on Steemit!

Hi @anggreklestari,

It is a useful skill if you want to preserve veggies without fridge. Not to mention it tastes good and healthy.

Will try to post the "How to" later
Thanks for the welcome. Nice to know you too.

Did we just become steemit best friends 😂 I love fermented everything, pickles, sour stuff, I really wish I could make kombucha but I can't find scoby here. You're seriously too cool for school..

Hehhe.. We could be Steemit best friends indeed. If you can get hold of raw organic kombucha drink in original flavor, you can grow your own SCOBY. It's easy.
