Does anyone else have problems uploading a video to DTube?

First of all, I apologize for any grammar or spell mistakes. My native language is German :)

Anyway, I am trying to post a video on DTube for about a day. But everytime it shows that there was a error by adding it to the blockchain. Does anyone else faces this problem? Or can someone explain me what I did wrong? My first video was uploaded immediately after I pressed the button. I already tried different video formats such as MP4 and MOV...
