This is probably something, what everybody reading this article experienced in his life. When alarm goes off in the morning, probably last think you want to do is to get up and start hustling.
"Just 8 more minutes. To dream just a little bit more." What is happening is quite opposite. You are killing your dreams.
By the way, those 8 minutes of extra sleep, does not give you any more energy.
18 seconds. There is about 18 second window in the morning, when your alarm goes off that sucks. Those 18 seconds are hard. It seems like your pillow has some kind of gravitational pull and you need to use maximum effort to beat it. But after those 18 seconds, guess what! You are OK.
