I think it’s super nice to have that kind of hobby that not requires special equipment but helps you stay healthy. I’ve been practicing meditation for 3 years and I couldn’t describe how much it helped me cope with stress after work. Since then I’m always curious about what is happening on the software market for meditation. At the moment there are so many great apps to start practicing!
