          I tend to have the bad habit of regressing. I suffered falling behind in school a lot because I would often re-read multiple times to the point that I would overthink the topic and then lose interest.

              I like this, but if you could break it down even further that would be helpful. How do I go about the reading in chunks? How large are the chunks, etc. Also, what are the "quick, sweeping eye movements?" Could you provide an example? Thanks!
