Abstract
Blockchain have been used to solve many real life problems today and blockchain is now been use in every area of the world economy. But blockchain technology haven't been adopted into recreational fishing. Recreational fishing, also called sport fishing, is fishing for pleasure or competition. It can be contrasted with commercial fishing, which is fishing for profit, or subsistence fishing, which is fishing for survival. The most common form of recreational fishing is done with a rod, reel, line, hooks and any one of a wide range of baits. Others devices, commonly referred to as terminal tackle, are also used to affect or complement the presentation of the bait to the targeted fish. Because sport fishing is a lucrative industry and blockchain technology haven't been adopted into it this is why PROFISH platform will make use of blockchain technology to connect people from all over the world through sport fishing.

          INTRODUCTION

Some hobbyists make handmade tackle themselves, including plastic lures and artificial flies. The practice of catching or attempting to catch fish with a hook is known as angling. Big-game fishing is conducted from boats to catch large open-water species such as tuna, sharks and marlin. Noodling and trout tickling are also recreational activities. The research conducted by the American Sportfishing Association (ASA) in their report declare that over 60 million Americans spend an estimated $46 billion a year on recreational fishing. Also recreational fishing (also known as sport fishing) has a total economic impact of $115 billion in the United States of America alone. With all the sport fishing expenses i.e transportation and lodging this makes the United States of America accounts for 45% of global fish revenue. All other countries of the world that take sport fishing seriously are Australia, Scandinavia, South America, Japan and South Africa. Because sport fishing is a very lucrative industry and blockchain technology haven't been adopted into it this is why Profish platform will make use of blockchain technology to connect people from all over the world through sport fishing.
