[Programming] Android Studio 2.3.2 is now available in the stable channel

This is a minor update to Android Studio 2.3 for the following changes:

This is only minor update do last stable version 2.3, changes:

  • AVD Manager updates to support Google Play in system images. (this is nice)
  • Bug fixes for NDK.
