Front End Web Development

in programming •  7 years ago  (edited)

Few weeks ago, I started my programming journey fully, I enrolled for a Front End Web Development program with ANDELA Learning Centre where I have to learn HTML,CSS and JavaScript. It's not been easy just as I expected, especially JavaScript.

You think you're already getting a hold of it, then it hits you with so many other syntaxes, classes and logics and it feels like the storm just hit the boat once again and again and I'll just feel like there is no way I'm getting a hold of this.

But I keep motivating myself and reading people's stories and it's been working so much for me. I read a post this morning that says "learning programming is just like learning a foreign language, you start with nouns, then you learn verbs, then you learn how to link them together to make sentences".

I find this statement true because programming is infact a language, the computer's language and it can only be mastered by constantly practising it every single day or almost.

Infact, my goal for 2019 is to be a full stack developer and contribute immensely to open source and to be involved in as many projects as possible.

I don't plan to stop learning programming and even more programming languages anytime soon and I'll love contributions on how to go about learning even more effectively. But first of all, let's start with Front End Web Development.

I look forward to your contributions and appreciate them in advance.😀😀😀
