I wish I had a choice... I use Xcode for Objective-C and Swift development! Not a lot of variety there.

Although when I do Python, JS, or ruby or whatever, I mostly use Sublime. Great peace of software and it has a night mode, which is necessary for me if I'm going to stare at the screen for 12 hours a day!!
