Complicated topic for sure. I think mindfulness is a big deal when trying to be in flow as often as possible. If I feel I'm not working up to snuff, I frequently take breaks to go for walks outside. Handling mundane tasks with a mindset of efficiency helps me as well.
Try adding some pictures and work on formatting, the content is great if you keep it up you'll find an audience.

Yes, right on with mindfulness! It's tough sometimes to cut your losses when you realize that you're constantly being distracted. A few hours of deep flow is so much better off than a day where you keep find yorself drifting.
