Wie schön wäre Wien nur - ohne Wiener!

This is a saying in and of my home town, Vienna, Austria. It translates to

What a beautiful city Vienna would be - without the Viennese!

It's a toung-in-cheeck line stemming from the city vs. countryside enemyship and refering to how grumpy and annoying the Viennese are (supposedly), while the city as such is undeniably great.

This was all just a prefix for me to say that all these lists are of marginal value to someone who isn't into the volatile hands on subject of web-dev. The industry is what floods those rankings with relatively easy to learn and most practical gadgets. Tools that enable people to get hired by companies that want their product shipped in time.
