Hello dear friends, today we will talk about a very important issue, which I think is one of my favorites and is "teamwork". Frequently asked questions are: What do I have to do to be more responsible with the team and to be able to lead better? And, truthfully, I do not have to worry so much about being responsible with your team, I think the biggest concern for us, the leaders is like being more responsible with ourselves, because it is what really makes you that leader that impacts lives. Rules for teamwork for me is that, "you are the most important product", and I think the golden rule of teamwork is the example, you have to be that example that people are willing to follow because you you inspire, inspiration is the inexhaustible source of motivation for a team.
The second thing I think is important in this topic is to understand that "the basis of a team is trust", all the actions that you must always consciously carry out to work in that confidence because your words, your actions, are building the confidence of a team and your organization; and an action, a word can destroy many times what we build with so much effort for a long time, so trust is the basis of teamwork.
The next thing I think is important is to "increase relational intelligence", when you are working with a team there are different personalities, but your relational intelligence that you develop and work, will be essential to achieve it and very important here is the non-trial . Every time you make a judgment to someone you are losing the power to influence it, so without judgment you can increase your relational intelligence and in this way create more influential relationships.
The next thing that has been key in the process of teamwork in "Love", because it is connection, empathy
. It can be a word that we can tattoo ourselves to work in a team, it is that ability to see the other and to understand what his potential is, what his skills are and lovingly working with him. Another important word is "Serve", because service is everything, if you are willing to serve with love, connection, with empathy
you are basically going to be able to thrive much more in this business. And to finish the last idea that I want to say is "infinite", it is not the team you have, it is that you think how many people thanks to that magnetism as a human being you can attract this project that you are building, so if you think infinity, you see to your group always in a projection of more people growing.
