From experience, we tell you, change is just a getting used to a different behavior.
When deciding to follow a pat, a few things change :
- The people around you (friends)
- Verbal communication (positive or negative)
- Non-verbal communication (Posture)
- Mood (Emotions)
- Energy (Low or High)
- Knowledge (Getting smarter)
So in fact, would it be smart to make a lot of changes right.
Not really, stick to what feels good and what makes you grow.
Then you won't feel the need to change.
The feeling of comes from the inside. Break it down once in a while. Take a break! Then try new things.
Life is experience, people who experience a lot are interesting. That made total sense to us.
Let's that a metaphor, remember high school that the cool kids went to every party.
They were cool because people think the experienced all the exciting moments.
Which is true, you're cool when you experience a lot of things.
Take the movie Project x (awesome to watch if you haven't already)
The guys are not cool or popular at all. They throw this insane party it changes their life.
Of course, there are some bad things, in the end. He gets the reward.
