Good morning guys, I am @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school where minnows are mentored and groomed. The past days this week have been super busy days for me, but I'm pleased to announce to you all that we've made some major moves towards making phase2 a reality.

THE OFFLINE MINNOW SCHOOL T-SHIRTS

We're currently working on taking steemit to some hidden places and increase the pace of our offline promotions. We made an estimation of how much we would be needing for that. Nothing bigger than what we can attain. So far, we have successfully settled the T-shirt needs. The first sample we got was sponsored by myself and @raymondbruce (the social media person of the offline minnow school). Each shirt cost #3,300 each. The prints are quality and durable. Those are a few tips on how much progress we've made. We will be getting more publicity materials to increase offline visibility and enhance audience engagement.

OUR GOAL

We plan to create a community where steemit life will be an actual reflection of daily living. Welcoming all sort of talents and encouraging the emergence of steem-powered entrepreneurs.

We hope to make the T-shirts go round the crew members. The crew members are the steemians who assist at the offline minnow school in terms of recruiting new steemians and also training them. They all used to be students during phase 1 but now, they'll be assisting and teaching others, which is one of the cores of the minnow school vision.
