As we keep moving towards 2,000 steemians in Uganda in one month we can not even afford to loose a day without promoting.
We have to keep the fire burning until have hit the target. I will not even rest for a single day with out promoting the platform steem.
Steemit owes me a lot, I joined for free now am making money on steem. My country too owes me a lot, am a citizen so it's my obligation as a citizen to show my fellow countryman what to do if I have a chance too.
Today while moving on the streets of Kampala the capital of Uganda, I found big numbers of people setting in the freedom square what is known as Kampala city square.
I always move with my promotion materials, I decided to move distribution the promotion papers to the people. Plus a small presentation to any person I show with a smartphone. I enjoyed presenting steemit to the people on the streets of Kampala.
People really need this opportunity. In my presentation there was a part where I made some to explain to me their job, how much they work for in a full day, and how many they would love to work for.
Sseboga a chef in one of the femous restaurant in Kampala told me that he is paid 15000ugx. Per day which is 1 sbd. But comes from Mukono to Kampala which cost 0.5 sbd, has to take cure of his one kid and the wife and pays rent which means he doesn't keep any thing aside.
People are suffering in Kampala. They have no hope. They are just work for what to eat today. They really need steemit. That's why I can not rest until I tell someone about steemit.
Thanks for the support.
