(Korean Community on Steemit) Introducing Promo-Steem - Decentralized Marketing Department of Steemit - Which is made up of Voluntarysts all Around the World promoting the Steem Blockchain!

I apologize for not being able to write in Korean, but I think you will be amazed to know about this huge marketing department project of the Steem Blockchain.

So let me introduce you to Promo-Steem. The promo-steem team of Ambassadors rewards and support the worldwide network of voluntaryists who are actively promoting and growing Steem and the Steemit platform.

What is Promo-Steem?

Promo-Steem rewards people for promoting Steemit and the Steem Blockchain.

The #promo-steem project, has its own website in beta launch and an excellent business plan to expand the efforts all around the world. The site is: www.promo-steem.com and it gives all the tools needed to promote Steemit in any part of the world, as well as valuable resources for people to learn about Steemit and the Steem Blockchain.
As it can be read on the website: "The promo-steem team of Ambassadors rewards and support the worldwide network of voluntaryists who are actively promoting and growing Steem and the Steemit platform."

Some of the Main Activities being made by the #promo-steem project:

1- Initial Funding: Funding the start of Steem and Steemit marketing/promotions by giving microloans to people that do not have resources to start and print the needed material. Afterwards this people return the micro-loan (People make pitches to apply for a microloan): https://promo-steem.com/microloans/

2- Continuous Funding: Funding Steem and Steemit marketing/promotions around the world (after a promotion has been done): https://promo-steem.com/how-to-promote-steem/

3- Showing Ways for faster Onboarding: Helping on the onboarding of new users in different signup ways available on the website. An important thing being discussed on the last panel held by @aggroed a few days ago with some of the 20 top witnesses. https://promo-steem.com/onboard/

4- Making Promotional Material Easy Available: Helping the called steem-ambassadors around the world have the needed steem promotional material to print: https://promo-steem.com/artwork/

5- Resoruces for Learning: Providing resources for promoters (steem ambassadors) and for new users to learn about Steemit and Steem, and thus help them understand how they can make their way on the platform, and add value to the community. https://promo-steem.com/newbies/

6- Manual/Human Curation: Manualy curating blog posts from the #promo-steem tag that are really quality helping on the promotion of steemit and steem around the world. Once the Guild (@steem-ambassador) gets a bit more of SP delegations, this account will work similar to the @utopian-io bot, in the way that once the quality #promo-steem posts are manualy curated, the bot will give a percentage of upvote based on the manual and human upvotes given to a certain post. https://promo-steem.com/guild/

A Great Example of How any Person Earns Rewards with Promo-Steem by promoting Steemit

So, to continue with the concept of empowering and motivating people to promote Steemit, let me give an example.

There is Joe. He lives in US, UK, Mexico, Nigeria, Venezuela, Argentina, or any country in the world. He heard about Steemit and he just signed up, or perhaps he has been here for a long time. Every and any person can do this. So, one day he decides he wants to promote Steemit in his neighborhood, or his town, city, country. He says, ok, I don't have resources, but I have the will to do it. Ok, let me give you good news, you can make a pitch to obtain a micro loan.

So, you are Joe, and in case you don't have resources, you can obtain them. Now we are ready, with some resources you can print cards, make promotional wearing t-shirts of steemit, make brochures, and start promoting steemit on your neigborhood, on the streets, sports places, anywere you know.
What happens next? If you post photos showing what you are doing, pointing to the Steemit logo, then by making a post of your daily or weekly activities, and by adding the #promo-steem tag, people from the promo-steem group and anyone on steemit interested on what you are doing, will help you backup your time with upvotes. So, you will have funds to continue your campaign, and to fund yourself for your time.

This is basically somethings of what promo-steem can do for the better of Steemit.

Whats are the objectives of Promo-Steem?

Let me start with the primary source, words from @starkerz in his post some months ago.
"We really hope it will be a great place for promoters and whales to find resources, advice, help and assistance whilst leveraging the Steem blockchain to support your important promo work! "

1- To provide a mechanism whereby Steem and the Steem community can reward promoters for doing high quality promotional work.
2- To provide a location for Steem promoters and Steem whales who support promotional work to congregate.
3- To assist with the organisation, support and communication of promotional initiatives for Steem and Steemit.

In a few words, I believe the aim of promo-steem is to empower people (from all over the world and communities) that are promoting Steemit in their region, country, or around the world with their website or social media sites. Any way of good promotion is welcomed. I will explain this in a bit more detail in the next paragraphs.

But promo-steem goes much further than this, it also aims to be as a form of resoruces for promoters, new visitors, and new members, to get information, advise, and as much information as possible about Steemit and the steem blockchain. Basically giving them as many reasons for them to be attracted to sign up. But it goes a bit further, it also has the material to help people learn more about many things that will also help increase the amount of users that turn active once they sign up. By educating them from the beginning, people will get motivated faster, and this can finally get into a huge growth effect in the platform.
