I cannot explain how excited i am today...words can't explain how i feel inside!
The biggest blockchain conference in the world happened and ended a few days ago in New York and the biggest blockchain conference in Africa is happening on between 23 to 24 May 2018 next week and guess what .......I will be attending it with some other 6 Steemians.

The conference theme is
the role of blockchain technology in Africa’s transformation
The conference will be graced by the big names in the crypto space like billionaire Changpeng Zhao CEO, Binance,Llew Claasen Executive Director, Bitcoin Foundation.
It will also be graced by our own President of Uganda,our Bank of Uganda Governor and many big names in banking and finance.You can check out the full names of all the speakers here.
The conference is Organized by the Blockchain Association of Uganda, with support from the Government of Uganda.
The major highlight of this event for me is this month old tweet below and it's the main reason I looked for all ways to be there at

As the title of this post states above,7 Ugandan Steemians will be in attendance in this wonderful life changing event.It will be great for us individuals and also for Steemit.
We plan on designing New Steemit T.shirts purposely for this event so that we can create curiosity in the conference hall!!
There was a great opportunity to attend at a reduced fee which we have utilised and we shall be getting our confirmation details with tickets on Monday.
We were supposed to get the whole details today,but since it was deadline day for registration...the guys were busy and we shall get all details on Monday.

To celebrate our success on being able to a register for this event,we took photos.....I repeat...we took many photos at these venue for remembrance...
If there was any smiling contest in the world at the specific time we registered or took this pics,hands down we would have won!! Just look at those smiley faces.
As I said above we are going to design New T.shirts purposely for this conference any design ideas or specific words are welcome in the comments....words that market Steel/Steemit.
I stress on the words to use because we are going to meet many potential investors there,we want to attract them to us and we pitch them the benefits of Steem over other cryptos .
