Everything Ready For Steemit Uganda Meetup..Banner,Flyers and Venue Booked

You cannot imagine how excited I am to finish the preparations of Steemit Uganda Meet up happening later today

It is 1 am here now but I had to write this post to update you guys of our meet up tomorrow that am very excited about.

It has been really a hectic day trying to put everything in order to the main event happening later at 4pm today.

A few guys of team Uganda who had time met in Kampala town to finalize on meet up details.

I met @battebilly and checked out the venue he had in mind.The Venue turned out to be small according to the feedback we received from whatsapp,Facebook and calls. We realised the room we had advertised on the poster was small,so we had to move around town for another suitable room.

We moved around and found a great place that is a rooftop(giving us a good view of the city hehehe).

This place is called Papyrus Restaurant and it's mainly used for meetings and the great news.....it's spacious enough to accommodate the big numbers we expect.
We have moved into around already telling people of the venue change and we shall still have someone at the old venue tomorrow to redirect people to the new venue.

We were also met up by @jona12 who helped us finalize other details of the event.
We also had to finalize the design and printing of that beautiful banner you are on top there(isn't beautiful?)

We manoueverd the busy Kampala streets to a place called Nasser Road...this is a place where all printing(big time) is done in Uganda!!
Literally it's a printing hub.

We also managed to design and print a bunch of flyers we shall distribute at the event.

All the designs were done by @staccuss
I am just excited and waiting for the time the event will commence.

I will give another update in the morning when guys have arrived.
