New here. But , what is liquid steem ? And how can it be used ? Thanks !

    There are two types of STEEM.

    (1). "Liquid STEEM" is STEEM that you can cash out immediately like SBD.

    (2) STEEM POWER is "locked-in" STEEM that you can only cash out after powering down to "Liquid STEEM".
