The blockchain charity community (steemithelpinghands) promoting steemit,saving lives and eradicating poverty

Steemithelpinghands for me is a dream come true, I have always to engage in charity, but the resources where not available, one of my greatest desire in life is to happy, looking through the journey of my life, I have realised that one of the ways I find true happiness and fulfillment is through the act of giving and making others happy.

steemit as been my source of living in the last few months, yes I quitted my job for steemit and @steemhelpinghand , but at a point steemit started to bore me, after thinking about it for long, I realised

I was making a living out of steemit but I was not making a life out it.

you make a living by what you earn but you can only make a life by what you give.

reaching out to like minds like @stevendion @stevenmosoes and @thomasgift, stemithelpinghands was born.

when you walk with purpose you collide with destiny

they all came up with brilliant ideas, it was like they where already expecting me arrive, and their response and suggestions where already waiting for me.

To me steemit has stopped been a community, steemit is a family, we all have a family and we all know how much joy it brings to us when a new baby is born into the family.

That is exactly how I feel when I see newbies joining the family. now you guys can imagine how it feels, promoting steemit and meeting people at the point of their needs.

Steemit helping hands

steemit helping hands aims towards reaching out to

• the sick,

• disabled

• poverty stricken people

• cases of life and death

This same medium will be used promote the steem blockchain,and bring people with intellectuals and technology know-how into the community.

Journey so far

In our course of research we discovered the case of Daniel Adebisi the 8months old baby who has been in pain, since the second month of his arrival into this world.

Their story

The story Daniel Adebisi, a cute baby boy that arrived as a bundle of joy to his family, Daniels condition ceased the joy from his family almost immediately he brought in this happiness.

The Hydrocephalus condition of Daniel has thrown his whole family into disarray.

children are blessings from God, and I believe everything and conditions we see as wrong or problems only exist so all glory can be given to Almighty.

let's join hands and help Daniel bring back the joy that hydrocephalus has deserted from his family through him.

After our introductory post came the post of Daniel where we urged the steemit community to contribute to saving the life of this poor baby.

In my course of promoting the post and the project I got complaints and advices from a lot of top steemians who encouraged our project but adviced we come up with a more recently dated proof of work and also publicity materials.

So we decided to create our banner and revisit Daniels family to get more recent documents.

And also while our work was in progress @stevenmosoes was almost harassed by some SARS, so we decided to speed up our ID card making to avoid future embarrassment.

I am really overwhelmed by the amount of response and support we got, the massive upvotes,comments, resteems and donations,it was breath taking.

Why should you trust us??

when we do get the required amount for this project from the post @steemhelpinghand will be going to the hospital with this family to make payment, and proof of work will be shared with the community. Liquid payout from this post will be used for that course.

The non-liquid payout(steempower) will be used to create more awareness for the project, support other charity projects on steemit, also used to keep all new members @steemhelpinghand bring into the community.
