Steem-Evangelism (promo-steem)

Steemit is changing lives in Nigeria, so evangelizing steemit to everyone becomes a necessity, these are pictures we took at one of the five city project of @bloggersheaven and this was in Suleja, a city in Niger state nigeria.

This meet-up was attended by steemians like @xpency @iconnelly @yungchief ,myself @rejoiceavl and others . There was also new steemians on ground who registered for steemit even while the lecture was still on, lol that's how eager they were to experience steemit.
what we talked about
@iconnelly talked quite alot, about giving steemit your all, it's not just about creating contents but making impacts, he also said just make posts, upvote and comment, make friends and then the money will come, but it's just about the reward pool.

@xpency talked about using what you do, that's hand work or so to impact lives, there's so many opportunities on steemit which everyone can take up.

Then we visited the street beggars and bought meals for them, I was lightened by the joy on their faces. this one meal a day was initiated by @darmarth . and I'm very happy to help out in anyway possible,
also we plan on visiting the orphanage homes next, this is also inspired by @sircork and @youarehope project that's changing lives. Steemit for me has been a plus and I'm discovering my inner self gradually through steemit.
In all it was a nice and fun meet-up, the newbies had alot of questions which was answered to their satisfaction.

I hope we can do this more often, kudos to @iconnelly @xpency @yungchief and all other great steemians from Nigeria
