Hi @starkerz ! Great idea of making this trail grow! Until it gets the delegation it deserves, all the people that get into the trail will form a huge voting power for quality contributions to the blockchain promotions.

There is a default limit of 70% voting power, once voting power goes below this, the account is disabled from the trail until it builds up above the 70% mark, then it is reactivated. But user can set the desired limit.
