STEEMIT-HELPING-HANDS PROMOTING STEEMIT TO OVER 5000 UNDERGRADUATES DAY 1

One of the main aims of steemit helping hands is to help curb poverty through the steem blockchain, in Nigeria one major reasons our youths are wallowing in poverty is unemployment , after 4 to 6 years in high institutions, our graduates who study and work tirelessly to graduate the university with flying colours, with loads of dreams to live a better life, most of them end up been a victim of the certificate shackles.


Most of our youths, graduate from the university with sole aim of getting a job with their certificate, that is just all they can think of, “afterall why would I spend 4 to 6 years of my life I school if my certificate won't serve my purpose" with this mindset they end up remaining jobless for very long time, most times before they get to discover other means and and alternatives a lot of time would have been wasted, they keep themselves in the chains of their own achievement (certificate) and end up been stagnant loads of talents and knowledge kept in a bottle.

Steemit helping hands decided to create awareness and share the Gospel of steemit to 5000 students in different Universities and study centers so they can discover themselves,support themselves financially while bringing value, creative content and various talent into steemit...

• We made a banner upholding the steemit logo and all brief details about steemit.
  
  
• Polo portraying the steemit logo powered by steemithelpinghands with the tag “post, like,earn”.
  
  
  
• made 5000 copies of steemit awareness hand fliers with a detachable slip below to get their details.. The information stays with the students while the slips stays with us..
  
  
• After the end of the promotions, Steemit helping hands would create a day for seminar at a very conducive location and time to educate the converts about steemit and put them through all necessary conducts.. Steemit helping hands can achieve this by merging all the contacts gotten from the promotions into a group on whatsapp and discord where we can pass down more information and put them through.
  
  This can also bring them under @steemhelpinghands of eradicating poverty
  

PROMOTING STEEMIT AT NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY (NOUN) LAGOS STATE NIGERIA

National open university(NOUN) is a federal open and distant learning(ODL) institution, it is the first of its kind in west African sub-region and is Nigerians largest tertiary institution in terms of student population, it has over 75 study centers throughout the country.

Steemit helping hands visited the study center at lagos island during the school examination so we could meet more students at the center as it is a distant learning institute...

We got more positive response than we expected and so many students were curious to know what our awareness was all about..

many were surprised they could be paid for posting quality original contents even when other social networks don't.

We were able to get more people to register their details on the slips and we informed them on sending bulk sms or grouping on social media in oder to give information about the upcoming seminar which we will educate them on how to earn on steemit..
