What a very nice way to start my day, woke up this morning to find out I have surpassed 1000 followers, This post is my little way of celebrating my growth and accomplishment on steemit.

I want to thank all my followers, those that commented and upvoted my post, anyone that has taken their time to read my posts and those that have supported my promo-steem journey. I hope to become more active, more interactive and keep promoting the platform.

Contest

On this same day, I want to throw out a contest for the promotion of steemit. The reason for this contest is to grow the number of users on this platform, so if you are participating, have it in mind that it's not all about the SBD but promotional purpose. I have noticed a lot of steemians have millions of followers on either Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, so let's use the opportunity to bring them over to steemit.

Task Number 1

Take a picture holding a postcard, flyer or paper with steemit written on it.

Task Number 2

Post the picture in the following social medias

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Twitter (could be replaced with any other popular social media)

Task Number 3

When posting this pictures, use a caption that clearing states how your followers can find a registration link to steemit "steemit.com" and other attractive words that makes steemit interesting.

Task Number 4

Resteem this post for other to participate.

Task Number 5

Make a post with title "Promo-steem contest by @xpency" This post will contain:

• Usernames of the people you have registered
• links of your post on social medias
• Reason why you promote steemit.

Task Number 6

Drop the Link of your post in the comment section of this post after successfully registering the new stemians.
