I woke this morning and guess the caption I saw on a post from CNBC.

If you invested $1,000 in Facebook in 2012, here’s how much you’d have now

They claim despite the recent volatility of the market and a host of other ups and downs, whatever amount of money anyone invested in FaceBook in 2012 would have yielded a 360% profit as of yesterday; Wednesday, February 14, 2018. This may have been good business for some people, in some light, but man, this is a 6-year investment we are talking about here.

I stand to be corrected, but there are a host of steemians out there who are making fortunes off this platform even though they have not invested a cent!, or a pesewa if I should say. lol. Those who have invested their money are seeing returns plummeting through thousands in percentages!

I doubt I need to mention names cos we are in an open community and the facts and figures speak for themselves.

I won't go too far from my nation, but we have Noble Ghanaians like:

@steem4depoor organizing fun events for kids who will forever remember him in their smiles

@desmond41 sharing what he's got with the kids as well

I don't know how much slack we should cut them but we seem to have cut just about enough. Our knives are blunt now, and to sharpen them again, we are getting on the streets and taking #steemit to whoever we get access to.
