I'm not sure how good marketing point it is to focus on making money. That tends to attract low quality users.
When I tell to people about Steem, I usually focus on it being an uncensorable publishing platform.

That is a good point and one we will take on board. I did think about this and wondered if the decentralised approach would be better. For now I have mimicked the saying and slogans of the other material @stephenkendal has made however for the next flyers it may well be worth doing a campaign around decentralised social media to see what difference the impact has.
