#help post @promobot . Bids not refunded neither voted

yesterday i sent 20 SBD to promobot. Due to post duration my bid went for the second round .
but i did not receive any upvote nor its been refunded . No one of the user from that round received upvote or Refund.

I would like to appeal this case to @promobot

Is there any way to contact promobot

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
