It was great to finally meet up with @anarcotech today.

Last week @anarcotech contacted me from Huddersfield and asked if he could join the #promo-uk Team.

Numerous telephone calls later we finally met today to hand over: 5,000 Interactive Promotional Flyers, T-Shirts, Pens, Caps and Mugs to kick start the Promotion and Marketing of STEEMIT in Huddersfield.

      How does one go about setting up promo events? Also, I may help put together the third cryptolina event in North Carolina later this year. How can we promote steem at an event like that?

      Just do it, @coldsteem. There is no other way. Any Steemian does promotion somehow. One is talking a lot about Steemit in his personal crowd, the other is organizing an event to show what Steemit is (like Steemit Snuffle), and the next one is gathering people by PR–events. everybody does it, as good as it is possible. Everybody does it, as he likes to do it and by own costs. It depends on you, to gather money for an event. I was organisator of two events and earned an amount of 10 Steem until today.

      Directly income from my event. @double-u paied me 10 Steem from his first 1010 Steem income. Thats the deal with all my participants from my Steemit Snuffle. What will you do?
