I love to have groomed facial hair(Beard and Mustache), but there are many people face the issue of beard growth or mustache growth. It is totally depends on the age, hormones and your family history, but sometimes even if you have a family history where your father have full facial hair many can face this problem. Even sometimes it not any issue related to you its just takes time and some efforts.
Lets address type of the people those want to promote your facial hair growth,
Case 1. You have no facial hair at all and wanna have beard
If it is the case with you, then there is no way for you to grow. It can happen to anyone like girls not have facial hair like men have. but if you are male and have no facial hair at all, then believe me there is no way to grow facial hair. Its your hormones which cannot be changed and don't waste time to try products on your face. It will be a waste of time and money. Be happy with yourself what you have :)
Case 2: Too Young and want to grow Facial Hairs Faster...
If you are like 14, 15 Plus in age and you want to have facial hairs faster than your age, then answer for you is as well no, don't try unnatural things. It will give you lots of issue and you can harm your face skin. Like its myth that if you do not have facial hair then use a shaving razor on the skin. In my opinion, it may be possible that you can grow your beard more thick with that but its not a good way to try and make yourself look older than your age. Keep Patience and let it grow it self. Sooner or later you will have your beard, and then you can apply beard products like beard oil, beard balms and other stuff.
Case 3: Facial hairs are not fuller or thicker or have patches or other Facial Hair issues
Now this case is genuine and can be addressed, If you have a beard as you are now young and age of it but it is not growing fully and have empty patches. Then what to do?, in my suggestions and what studies tells that you have chances to promote your facial hair growth.

Now, you will say that why to shave it? if i wanna grow it. Ok let me explain more .
If you have not ever shaved then you might have thin facial hair, so what i believe and worked for me as well many researcher and user will tell you, that if you have not good full facial hairs in beard or mustache, like somewhere these are long and somewhere are the shorts. Then i suggest you shave them and let me these come with new hairs. your roots will give you new hairs on face and hopefully it could be thicker. as many time you shave and facial hair grows again it will change and as well all the face hairs will be then in same look which looks better than having up and down hairs.
Training is the term which I used for it, that if you have facial hairs and these are not growing in the same direction then you need to train them by doing shave or trimming. it will give these facial hairs a shape and as well grooming.

Option 5: Change Lifestyle
If you are lazy and don't exercise or any activity in real, then it's not good for our health and not good for your facial hair health. You can assume many changes will happen during that part, which is helpful for every kind of health problem.
